<rules>
DO: lead with a strong verb (Shipped, Led, Cut, Owned, Drove, Rebuilt, Migrated). Include a real number (%, $, users, latency, headcount). Tie the work to a {role}-relevant outcome.
DON'T: use "responsible for", "helped with", "worked on", "various", "hard-working", "passionate", "team player". No vague verbs like "managed" without scope. No invented metrics.
If the original lacks a metric, write the optimized line with "no metric available" placeholder and call it out: "Metric needed: [the specific number to dig up]".
